We provide an extensive range of return-to-base repair and refurbishment services including many obsolete units .  Many of these services are also available on-site. Refurbished equipment is cosmetically returned to original manufacturer conditionFor your convenience, we can offer various levels of refurbishment, tailored to suit both budget and condition of the equipment.

Repair and testing activities are carried out by factory-trained technicians enabling prompt return to service. All repairs carried out to original manufacturing specification under controlled conditions.

Preventative Maintenance/Refurbishment
A more cost-effective solution to routine maintenance by proactive test and routine maintenance activities carried out under controlled conditions in our repair centre. All tests carried out in accordance with original manufacturing specification and to an agreed schedule devised to ensure optimum performance of instrumentation.

Class 1 (UKAS traceable) and UKAS calibration suppliers must be able to provide evidence that all calibrations have traceability to a UKAS requirements.

Showing Points of measurement, validity and relevance of the calibration.

Our Class 1 certificates show all the same information as UKAS and all equipment   used  to  verify  the  certificate  readings  are  traceable  to National, International and UKAS Standards.

However if absolutely required UKAS Certificates are available.

Do you have too many instruments to disconnect and send off to be Calibrated or Repaired?

Gauges North West can provide an On-Site Calibration and Repair Service.

Our mobile team of qualified engineers with necessary equipments and tools. With prior appointment, they attend your premises and carry out the required service.

All requirements are completed on your site with the minimum of fuss and time, thus preventing unnecessary shut down and delays in production schedules.The service can either be carried out in-situ on your premises or from our mobile calibration vehicles ensuring the minimum disruption to your operation. #

All Site work comes complete with a comprehensive Portfolio which comprises of Calibration Listing, Test Dates Quarantine Index, Special Requirements etc, and of course test certificates either full point to point or certificates of conformity depending on the customer needs. All our engineers and vehicles carry no company identification so we can offer the above services on your behalf, i.e. under your own company name if required.

Gauges North West are also an approved vendor to most NHS trusts because we offer a unique “clean” calibration service for hospitals, dispensary’s, pharmacies and any other clean room. 

We understand that hospitals are doing everything they can to prevent cross contamination in every area—not just clean rooms, making sure our contractors to your site do their bit as well?

All our equipment is carried in stainless steel tool boxes and are cleaned with alcohol wipes before entering any clean area. 

All tools and equipment are cleaned with alcohol and then sealed in plastic bags and are only used in clean environments. 

Any tubing used to calibrate Magnehelic gauges is cleaned or replaced after every site visit. 

Do you have a programme of testing to conform to current Health & Safety Regulations?Under the Electricity at work act of 1989 employers are required to regularly test all equipment on their premises to prevent accidents from faulty equipment.

Gauges North West provide a quick but necessary Electrical Appliance Testing Services, either On-Site or In-House.

The service can either be carried out in-situ on your premises or from our mobile calibration vehicles ensuring the minimum disruption to your operation.
