Housed in rugged, oil tight, dust free, attractively finished cases, our range of versatile units can display the duration of temperature, pressure or humidity extremes.
The range and scale of our recorders can be configured to meet almost any requirements contact us with your specifications. We can also supply all types of cirlcular and roll charts.
Paperless / Videographic Recorders
The paperless recorders are the replacement for traditional paper chart recorders.
They offer a real-time display of data on LCD display and data storage on flash memory.
Gauges North West Ltd supply a range of advanced paperless recorder systems. Offering performance and software capability to meet the most sophisticated operational requirements.
Available with various universal analog inputs for direct current and voltage signals, thermocouples and resistance thermometers.
Sensor type and measurement range are freely configurable. Numerous relays can be provided to output alarm information. Recorders can also be specified to work on already established LAN's within your premises. Many recorders also offer remote monitoring via the internat so you can view process and recorded data from anywhere in the world.

Strip / Roll Paper Recorders
GNW can supply an extensive family of strip/roll chart recorders, ranging from one input preconfigured units with an analog scale display, to recorders handling over ninety inputs with a range of advanced features. The recorders are offered in varous chart widths, with both continuous pen and multipoint printer versions being available. Circular Chart Recorders
Circular Chart Recorders measure and display various process variables and have a variety of programmable inputs.
Each channel is compatible with all industry-standard sensors and signals, including thermocouples, RTDs and 4 to 20 mAmp current loops.
Recorders can be specified with single ior multi-pen recording functions. Each channel can also be fitted with alarm outouts or signal retransmission such as 4-20 mAmp.
Housed in a strong moulded case that can be panel or surface mounted. A gasket-lockable door protects internal components from harsh industrial environments and offers protection rated to IP55
A tough acrylic window lets the user view the chart trace, digital channel readings, and alarm status with the recorder's door closed.
Repair & Calibration
We offer calibration and repair services of almost all manufacturers that is unsurpassed by anyone.
We offer troubleshooting and repair of all types of recorders.
Our technical staff will quickly find the reason for the fault or failure of the chart recorder and advise you of your repair options.
With ever increasing costs for new units, we can most likely repair your units for much less that the cost of new, including obsolete models. We have a comprehensive spare parts store, enabling us to repair before offering a sometimes costly replacement.
Using industry standard test equipment to ascertain the units condition. We repair all chart recorders to component level and do not outsource our work to other electronic repair or instrumentation repair firms.
Keep in mind that we have been in this industry for many years and often know exactly what to look for based on previous experience
