In addition to the easy determination of both weight and height, this version of the seca 764 also provides absolutely reliable documentation of the results. The integrated thermal printer in the display is activated when the scale is mounted. As soon as the patient steps off the scales, weight, height and BMI values are automatically printed out. The measuring station is equipped with a time module, so the time and date are also printed on the 57 mm wide diagnostic printout. This not only guarantees that data is easily and safely recorded but also rules out errors in data transfer.

With the innovative, electronic measuring station seca 764, both the height and weight of a patient can be ascertained in just one step. After measuring and weighing, both values are indicated on two LCDs integrated into the display panel. On the basis of these values, the seca 764, at the touch of a button, automatically calculates the BMI of the patient. This value provides information on the general nutritional condition of the patient on the basis of the recognised WHO standard. With its capacity of 250 kg, its low platform and very robust design, the measuring station is also extremely suitable for heavyweight patients.

With an integrated mother/child-function, the seca 701 determines the weight of a baby or toddler held in their mother’s or father’s arms. A large, easy-to-read LCD display and the HOLD and BMI functions make this scale an efficient all-round talent. When fitted with the telescopic measuring rod seca 220, it measures and weighs in one time-saving step. The seca 701 can be connected to a PC or printer with an RS232 interface.
