THE DRY BLOCK CALIBRATOR This units provides a convenient, safe heat source ideal for calibrating a wide range of temp sensors. Features includes LED display and cooling fan

COMPARATORS
We can provide three types:-

HYDRAULIC COMPARATOR
This is a fully portable pump action pressure applicator. One unit enables tests up to 10000 psi (700 bar)

VACUUM COMPARATOR This is supplied as complete test unit that can be added to your existing vacuum source. Alternatively the units can be supplied with hand or electrically operated vacuum pumps.

PNEUMATIC COMPARATOR
This is supplied as a complete test unit. The unit requires a pressure source of at least equal to the test pressure required. Intensifiers can be supplied if
necessary.

All comparators are supplied c/w four adapters

PORTABLE TEST INSTRUMENTS This unit is designed for on site calibration of control valves, pressure transmitters, and other process a loop instrumentation. Its features include: * Simultaneous pressure measurement and output * Calibrated due to precision pressure regulators and leak tight rotary selector switch.

PAINT TEST EQUIPMENT
Can be used for a variety of different tests including:

* Instant micron measurement of blast cleaned surface profile * Establishing exact climactic conditions * Measurement of steel and substrate temp * Measurement of wet paint thickness * Measurement of dry film coating thickness * Other features are available

HYDRAULIC CALIBRATION PUMP Our hand held calibrator is designed to meet the demand for laboratory accuracy in the field environment at a reasonable cost. Ease of operation is its main feature.

GNW PORTABLE HAND HELD PNEUMATIC TEST UNIT The GNW Portable Hand Held Pneumatic Test Unit is manufactured to undertake highly accurate tests upon any instrumentation or valves which require known air inputs. Due to the size of the unit it can be held easily in the palm of the hand. The rubber pressure applicator measures the required input which is then indicated on the miniature 63mm test gauge.

CAN DISTORTION TESTER, CAN END BUCKLE TESTER & DOME REVERSAL UNIT
GNW manufacture a number of test panels to suit the needs of various industries including caning, mining, aerospace and hydraulic

The units by GNW,. have been so designed to enable pressure tests of both beverage and process cans to be undertaken on various size can ends, allowing full visibility of the can end throughout the complete test. The equipment has a fail safe facility which ensures that no pressure will be retained within the can under test if the cabinet lid is inadvertently opened while tests were proceeding.

Due to the micrometer flow regulator valve it is possible to regulate the rate of pressure increase into the can under test. Varying can test blocks can be manufactured and fitted as desired, thus enabling the testing of all different size cans by altering the can test blocks.
The design of the can test blocks enables the operator to fit cans into the test model within seconds, ensuring the minimum of time is required to run full tests on all types of cans.
Our range includes:-
The Model CT2 is fitted with only one can test block (For can top testing single block).
Model CT3 is fitted with two can test blocks (For can top testing double block).
Model CTL (Can lids only) .
Model CTB (Buckle end tests on necked or straight cans. Pneumatic or manual clamps).
Model EXT/P.T. (For external test on completed cans).
The can test blocks are interchangeable on all models.
The GNW CT2 Electronic Can Buckle Tester has the same features as the mechanical CT2 and CT3 model, except for the analogue readout
The CT2 Electronic model has a digital read out with an RS 232 output.
