This equipment was designed for a customer who required an automated waste water sampling system. Their particular application called for a small sample of their waste water to be collected each hour over the course of a normal working day. Our system allows for a one button, simple start and forget operation. The user simply presses the start button and the system automatically pumps 100ml of water from his waste water stream into an attached container. This water is then passed to the local water authority for testing.

This true sample of waste water over the course of a day meant that our customer was getting charged the correct fee for the amount of contaminates in their waste water. In ensured that the sample given to the water authority was a true average of waste water over the course of the samples take. Previously, if a water authority inspector had arrived to collect a waste water sample, just as a machine was emptying into the drain, the contaminate level would be much higher than usual. Likewise, is they arrived after a machine had emptied, contaminate levels would be much lower.

This piece of equipment was designed so a customer could combine and inflation test and leak test of the same item into one test set.

The overall footprint of this item is very small (300 x 300 x 150 mm) so it allowed our customer to free up a huge amount of space that was previuosly taken up with multiple old pieces of test equipment used to perform the same test.

Thsi unit is also fitted with a carry handle to make it easily portable.

Our latest test set has been designed for use by a security sensitive customer, hence we are unable to give any specifics or photographs. The system has comletely automated the pressure and leak tests of 10 items simultaneously. The user simply presses a start button and the test set runs through a preset series of inflation and leak tests. If an item under test is found to outside of the allowable spec, then the user is notified and the item can be rejected or sent for re-work. This unit is approximatley 1/5th of the size of previous test equipment, speeds up the time taken for testing considerably and can easliy be managed by one operator. It also offers a far higher accuracy test than was previusly considered possible allowing our customer to deliver a better product.
