GNW offer a range of different portable or fixed pressure comparators of our own manufacture. We can also offer comparators from companies such as DH Budenberg and Wika.

Enabling tests of up to 10,000 PSI (700 bar), the pressure applicator ensures test pressure can be achieved rapidly if desired. Upon reaching the desired test pressure, by similarly turning the pressure release valve, pressures can be reduced. The high quality precision pump gives the operator total control of the rate at which the tests are undertaken.

Maximum pressures are generated with effortless operation. The broad strong base does not require user to clamp or secure the base to the work-bench, even at 10,000 psig.

The sealed construction assures stability and prevents any leaks. and the priming system ensures air exhaustion is expidited from the pressure instrument connected to the pump, ensuring faster and more accurate performance.

We can also provide test gauges with an accuracy of ±0.25% F.S to form the complete calibration system. These gauges can be specified as either a conventinal analogue pressure gauge or a digital unit.

Metric and Imperial fitting size models are available - we can also supply adaptors to suit both sizes if you require.
Each unit can be supplied with a calibration certificate after being calibrated against precision pressure equipment traceable to national standards. We can also supply comparators with UKAS certification if required.
