GNW manufacture our own range of can testing equipment.

The units by GNW, have been so designed to enable pressure tests of both beverage and process cans to be undertaken on various size can ends, allowing full visibility of the can end throughout the complete test.

The equipment has a fail safe facility which ensures that no pressure will be retained within the can under test if the cabinet lid is inadvertently opened while tests were proceeding.

Due to the micro flow regulator valve it is possible to regulate the rate of pressure increase into the can under test. Varying can test blocks can be manufactured and fitted as desired, thus enabling the testing of all different size cans by altering the can test blocks.

The design of the can test blocks enables the operator to fit cans into the test model within seconds, ensuring the minimum of time is required to run full tests on all types of cans.

Our range includes:-
The Model CT2 is fitted with only one can test block (For can top testing single block).
Model CT3 is fitted with two can test blocks (For can top testing double block).
Model CTL (Can lids only) .
Model CTB (Buckle end tests on necked or straight cans. Pneumatic or manual clamps).
Model EXT/P.T. (For external test on completed cans).
The can test blocks are interchangeable on all models.
The GNW CT2 Electronic Can Buckle Tester has the same features as the mechanical CT2 and CT3 model, except for the analogue readout
The CT2 Electronic model has a digital read out with an RS 232 output.
