Calibration
Calibration is an essential element of the activities of any company if quality is to be taken seriously.
GNW are able to offer calibration services for all industrial and lab instrumentation. We offer a quick turn around on all items.
The need for instrumentation to perform consistently, to a high accuracy throughout its working life, can only be fulfilled if they are periodically calibrated. This is to ensure that they are within designated permissible limits of error.
However the most important part of is the suppliers traceability!
GNW are accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and we are also ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and we offer a full traceable calibration service to these standards.
If you require a UKAS accredited calibration certification GNW can provide this service via our sub-contract arrangements with our third-party partners who have been UKAS accredited in accordance with the international laboratory standard ISO/IEC 17015:2005”

Clean Room Equipment Calibration
GNW are also an approved vendor to most NHS trusts because we offer a unique “clean” calibration service for hospitals, dispensary’s, pharmacies and any other clean room.
We understand that hospitals are doing everything they can to prevent cross contamination in every area—not just clean rooms, making sure our contractors to your site do their bit as well?
All our equipment is only used in clean areas - our tools havent been used in a sewage treatment plant before we attend your site. Our equipmnet is also cleaned before and after every site visit to keep cross contamination to a minimum
Any tubing used to calibrate Magnehelic gauges is cleaned or replaced after every site visit.

PAT Testing
Do you have a programme of testing to conform to current Health & Safety Regulations? Under the Electricity at Work Act of 1989, employers are required to regularly test all equipment on their premises to prevent accidents from faulty equipment.
GNW provide a quick but necessary electrical appliance testing services, either on-site or in-house.
The service can either be carried out in-situ on your premises or from our mobile calibration vehicles ensuring the minimum disruption to your operation. All your PAT testing results are are presented in a bound folder for easy storage and quick retrieval. This folder includes the following: Appliance RegisterThe status of all units tested (either pass or fail)Any relevant Information & guidance notes for your premises
